HOW DO I KNOW IT'S TIME?
It can be difficult deciding when the right time is to say goodbye to your pet. It is important to consider what is in the pet's best interest and if their quality of life is impacted. There are multiple resources to help you with this decision. Please refer to the Resources tab to view the Quality of Life Scale.
CAN I ARRANGE THE AFTERCARE MYSELF?

HOW MUCH NOTICE SHOULD I GIVE PRIOR TO BOOKING?
Same day bookings are not always possible so if you are able to book 2-3 days prior to appointment that will give you the best chance of choosing your date and time that suits you best.
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
Payment is made prior to appointment. This can either be done via bank transfer or eftpos on the day.
